Four Filipino junior golfers qualify for Junior World Championships

Four Filipino junior golfers have qualified for the Junior World Championships in San Diego after winning their respective divisions at a qualifier held at The Country Club.

Tristan Padilla and Reese Ng, who won the boys' 15-18 and girls' 15-18 divisions respectively, are returning to Torrey Pines where they previously competed.

Lisa Sarines from the girls' 13-14 category and Ralph Batican from the boys' 13-14 division also secured their spots in San Diego with their victories at The Country Club.

The qualifier not only provided World Amateur Golf Ranking points but also served as a crucial preparation for these young golfers ahead of the expanded Junior Philippine Golf Tour season starting on April 8.

This victory marks an important milestone for each golfer, offering them opportunities to improve and compete against some of the best young players globally.
