FEU Lady Tamaraws support Bongbong-Sara, school says apolitical

A controversy erupted over a viral photo showing members of the FEU Lady Tamaraws volleyball team wearing shirts supporting Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte.

FEU released a statement saying that the players' actions do not represent the university, as it is traditionally apolitical.

The university clarified that students and employees can endorse candidates in their personal capacity.

However, this stance was met with dismay by the FEU Central Student Organization, which called on the university to take a stand.
