Southwest monsoon brings rain, thunderstorms to northern Luzon

The southwest monsoon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to northern and central Luzon on Saturday.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms and the monsoon.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rains, especially in areas like Ilocos Region, Batanes, and Babuyan Islands.
