Easterlies bring rainshowers, thunderstorms across Philippines

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms across most of the Philippines due to easterlies.

Metro Manila and Luzon are expected to have isolated rain showers, while Visayas and Mindanao may experience rain showers or thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides could occur in Visayas and Mindanao during severe thunderstorms.

Gale warnings are raised for the northern and eastern coasts of Catanduanes, Samar Provinces, Dinagat Island, Siargao, Surigao del Sur, and Davao Oriental due to rough sea conditions.
