Palace: Duterte still trusts Duque

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III continues to hold President Rodrigo Duterte's trust despite calls from Senator Manny Pacquiao to replace him over missed opportunities to secure Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque stated that all Cabinet members serve at the pleasure of the President and that Duterte still trusts Duque, asking him only to respond to allegations made by Secretary Teodoro Locsin.

Roque added that Duterte has previously defended Duque against corruption and incompetence allegations.
