Duterte sees no compelling reason yet to endorse presidential candidate

President Rodrigo Duterte has not seen any compelling reason to endorse a presidential candidate.

Acting Presidential Spokesperson Martin Andanar stated that Duterte will only support a candidate if there is a strong reason to do so.

Eastern Samar Governor Ben Evardone, who serves as vice president of PDP-Laban for the Visayas, endorsed Vice President Leni Robredo in his personal capacity, citing qualifications set by Duterte.
