Duterte: No class cancellations despite transport strike

Vice President Sara Duterte, acting as officer-in-charge, stated on Monday that classes will not be cancelled due to the ongoing transport strike.

The MMDA assured Duterte they are prepared to assist stranded commuters during the strike from November 20 to 23.

DepEd announced on Saturday that it will not issue class suspensions nationally but local government units have discretion based on local conditions.
