DTI chief: Chinese investments mean more jobs for Filipinos

Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Alfredo Pascual says more investments from China will create jobs for Filipinos.

Pascual, who accompanied President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during his state visit to China from January 3-5, noted that Chinese business leaders expressed interest in investing in the Philippines.

These investments are expected to enhance foreign exchange earnings and lower costs of agricultural output.
