Dolorito, Villamor named Collegiate Press Corps NCAA Players of Week

Johna Dolorito and Kyle Villamor were named Collegiate Press Corps NCAA Players of the Week for their outstanding performances in the second round of the NCAA Season 100 volleyball tournament, backed by the Philippine Sports Commission.

Dolorito, an outside hitter from Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU), earned the honor with two consecutive double-double performances that helped LPU secure victories against Perpetual Help System DALTA and Jose Rizal University.

Villamor, a third-year player from San Sebastian College-Recoletos, led his team to back-to-back wins over Arellano University and San Beda University with an impressive triple-double performance in the match against Arellano.

Dolorito expressed her motivation to perform well for injured teammate Janeth Tulang, emphasizing the need for consistency and improvement throughout the tournament.

Villamor highlighted his motivation to play for those who support him, acknowledging their role in keeping him motivated during games.
