Filipino actors salute health workers battling COVID-19

Filipino actors from various networks paid tribute to health workers battling the COVID-19 pandemic through a video released by the League of Filipino Actors (AKTOR) on August 5.

Stars including Angel Locsin, Piolo Pascual, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, and others appeared in individual clips expressing gratitude and support for frontliners.

The actors acknowledged their inability to fully measure up to the contributions of health workers during these challenging times.

In a collective message, they thanked medical personnel for their dedication and asked for forgiveness on behalf of those who fail to recognize or appreciate their sacrifices.
