During the press conference for the film, Dantes shared that Marian had already watched and loved the final cut of the movie, expressing her happiness over their onscreen pairing and urging more people to watch it in theaters.

Charo Santos-Concio explained that 'Only We Know' is about love without labels and finding beauty in unique relationships, challenging traditional definitions of romance.

The film emphasizes the importance of mutual understanding and acceptance, with Rivera appreciating Santos-Concio's portrayal as a woman who resonates deeply with her.

'Only We Know', which took seven years to make and was greenlit during the pandemic, will be released in cinemas on June 11, 2025.
