Manila allows dine-in at 30% capacity

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno announced on Monday that restaurants and eateries in the city are allowed to reopen for dine-in services at 30% capacity.

Domagoso reminded business owners to follow health protocols and maintain social distancing, stressing that the coronavirus is still a threat.

The local government specified that diners must sit diagonally from each other and not face-to-face. Violations could lead to show-cause orders or closure.
