DigiPlus Interactive incorporates Singapore unit to drive global strategy

Digital entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp., led by Chairman Eusebio Tanco, has incorporated a wholly owned unit in Singapore named DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd. to drive its global strategy.

DigiPlus Global will serve as the company's international hub, focusing on strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, and corporate support while adhering to Singapore’s regulatory framework.

The entity is registered under Singapore's business activity classification for head and regional offices, acting as DigiPlus' centralized administrative and management office.

This move aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration, widen access to global expertise, and build high-value relationships in key markets like Brazil where the company secured a gaming license earlier this year.

DigiPlus Global will focus on providing regional support services without operating any gaming platforms locally, while DigiPlus' Brazil operations are set to begin by the fourth quarter.

The company reported a significant surge in profits and revenues for the first quarter of 2025, with earnings more than doubling to P4.2 billion.
