DHSUD speeds up 4PH housing projects in NCR

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) is accelerating projects under President Marcos Jr.'s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) program in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Projects are already underway or nearing completion, with housing units being turned over to beneficiaries in Palayan and Bacolod.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar emphasized that construction of new 4PH projects continues while completed units are being handed over.

Acuzar highlighted the priority given to informal settler families (ISFs) in NCR, where half of the country's 3.7 million ISFs reside, and identified blighted areas for transformation into sustainable townships.

Local government units such as Pasig, Muntinlupa, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Navotas, Parañaque, Valenzuela, and Malabon have signed agreements to participate in the 04PH program.
