DepEd taps top journalists to train teachers for TV learning

The Department of Education (DepEd) has enlisted top Filipino broadcast journalists to train teachers for its television learning service as schools shift to distance learning.

Among those involved are Kim Atienza, Arnold Clavio, Karen Davila, Korina Sanchez, and Jessica Soho.

Education Undersecretary Alain Pascua said the training sessions began on July 2 and will continue until next year, with journalists providing virtual lessons and live webinars.
