Dela Rosa defends himself from nuisance candidate claims

Senator Ronald 'Bato' dela Rosa defended himself against criticism that he is a placeholder candidate for Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, saying his intentions should not be judged.

Dela Rosa admitted to ANC's Headstart on Tuesday that he did not prepare for the presidential bid and was picked as the bet of PDP-Laban's faction just two hours before the filing deadline.

'They are questioning my genuine intention to run for president because I wasn't prepared, but I didn't prepare. My intention is a huge debate,' Dela Rosa said.
