Alas Pilipinas coach considers Filipino-foreign stars for national team

Alas Pilipinas Women's coach Jorge de Brito expressed openness to expanding the national team pool to include Filipino-foreign stars Brooke Van Sickle and Savi Davison.

De Brito noted that both players are excellent reinforcements who could strengthen the team, given their impressive performances in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL).

Despite ongoing federation shifts, formal invitations have been sent to court Van Sickle and Davison, with De Brito emphasizing a focus on reality as these moves progress.

Savi Davison expressed her honor at being invited but remains undecided about committing to the national team, focusing instead on her current PVL season.

Davison is reportedly considering several factors including her health and time with family before making any decisions.
