CSB outlasts JRU in OT for first NCAA win

College of Saint Benilde (CSB) defeated Jose Rizal University (JRU) 93-85 in overtime on Friday, securing CSB's first win in NCAA Season 99.

Will Gozum led CSB with 18 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and a steal, while Miguel Corteza scored 21 points.

The game was highly physical and emotional, reminiscent of last year's brawl between the teams. Both coaches acknowledged the tension but dismissed it as part of competitive basketball.
