Crankit National Juniors Tennis Champ draws 256 players, gets intl accredit

The MAC's Crankit Foundation National Juniors Tennis Championships, scheduled from April 2-7 at Valle Verde Country Club in Pasig City, marks a significant milestone in the Palawan Pawnshop nationwide circuit.

This year’s event has attracted a record number of 256 participants and received international accreditation from the Modern Tennis Methodology Coaches Association (MTMCA).

Seven age group categories will feature 32-player draws, reflecting growing interest among young players inspired by Alex Eala's achievements in professional tennis.

The tournament, presented by Dunlop, aims to provide a platform for aspiring players to showcase their skills and pursue success on the world stage.

Notable guest Philippe Matta, sponsored by coach Pat Matet Puzon of MAC's CrankIt Foundation, will conduct an International Tennis Coaches Course seminar focusing on coaching techniques and best practices.
