Gov't reviewing 'Build, Build, Build' projects for health, economic impact

The Duterte administration is reviewing its 'Build, Build, Build' infrastructure program to prioritize healthcare and projects with economic impact amid the COVID-19 crisis.

Vince Dizon, presidential adviser for flagship programs and projects, stated that a review of over 100 BBB projects is ongoing with assistance from NEDA, DOTr, and DPWH.

The government has not yet decided which projects to retain, remove, or modify, while the Development Budget Coordination Committee reviews the plan to spend P1 trillion on BBB this year.
