PNP reports 4,843 recoveries, active cases at 1,170

As of October 2, the number of police personnel who have recovered from COVID-19 reached 4,843, reducing active cases to 1,170.

On October 1, the PNP reported 40 new cases, bringing the total number of cases to 6,030 with recoveries increasing by 59 to reach 4,843.

By September 30, the total number of cases within the PNP reached 5,990 after 61 more personnel tested positive, and recoveries climbed to 4,784 following 75 additional recoveries.

On September 29, the PNP reported an increase of 61 new cases, bringing the total number of infected police officers to 5,812 with 4,610 having recovered from the disease.
