Concepcion welcomes voluntary outdoor masking

Go Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion has welcomed Executive Order No. 3, which allows voluntary wearing of face masks outdoors.

Concepcion stated that this move marks a new phase where Filipinos can manage their own risks with mitigation strategies in place.

He emphasized the importance of continuing to wear masks indoors and in poorly ventilated areas, as well as around vulnerable populations like the elderly and young children.

Concepcion also stressed the need for adequate supplies of antiviral pills such as Paxlovid, which he believes is crucial as people move around without masks outdoors.
