LPA brings rains, thunderstorms over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol

A low-pressure area (LPA) near Silang, Cavite will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas on Saturday.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Bicol will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the LPA.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms.

An active tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), northeast of extreme Northern Luzon, is being monitored but is unlikely to enter PAR.
