Cold front, amihan bring scattered rains in parts of PH

The tail-end of a cold front and northeast monsoon will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms to parts of the Philippines on Monday.

Bicol region, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, Samar provinces, Cagayan, Isabela, Kalinga, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Apayao, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Aurora, and Quezon will experience scattered rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains; Palawan and the rest of Visayas and Mindanao will see cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
