Clarito's stellar play leads Rain or Shine past NLEX

Jhonard Clarito's outstanding performance helped Rain or Shine overcome a significant deficit to defeat NLEX 124-105 in the PBA Governors' Cup on Wednesday, August 28.

Clarito scored an impressive 24 points with a perfect shooting percentage of 9-of-9 and contributed 5 steals, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds, leading his team back from a 21-point deficit.

Despite taking the lion's share of credit, Clarito credited his teammates for his stellar performance that pushed Rain or Shine to an unbeaten 3-0 record in Group B.

Rain or Shine coach Yeng Guiao praised Clarito's hard work and perseverance, even jokingly calling him 'Michael Jhonard' due to his resemblance to Michael Jordan.
