Cemex rebrands to Concreat Holdings, approved by SEC

Cemex Holdings Philippines has rebranded to Concreat Holdings Philippines Inc., following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The new name merges the Consunji surname with 'create,' symbolizing integrity, reliability, resilience, and nation-building.

Concreat Holdings President Herbert Consunji emphasized the company's commitment under DMCI management, guided by a local team focused on long-term stewardship.

Consunji acknowledged previous management for establishing a strong foundation while highlighting DMCI's track record of navigating industry challenges.

The rebranded Concreat continues to operate the Solid Cement Plant in Antipolo and the Apo Cement Plant in Cebu, with product brands including Rizal, Island, and APO.
