Cebu Pacific offers P1 fares from Clark to Naga, San Jose

Budget carrier Cebu Pacific announced on Thursday promotional one-way base fares as low as P1 for flights from Clark to Naga City, Camarines Sur, and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

The promotion runs from August 28 to August 31 and covers flights from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, exclusive of fees and surcharges.

Cebu Pacific will transfer its turboprop aircraft operations from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to Clark starting October 26, 2025, as per a resolution by the Department of Transportation's Manila Slot Coordination Committee.

Direct flights between Manila and Naga will operate once daily after the transfer, down from twice previously, while all direct flights to San Jose will depart from and arrive in Clark.

Passengers affected by the move can rebook their flights for free up to 30 days from original flight date or store the amount spent on tickets in a travel fund for future use.

Cebu Pacific recently became the first local carrier with a 100-strong fleet following the delivery of its latest A330neo aircraft, which is said to be more fuel-efficient and quieter.
