Carla Abellana hospitalized for kidney stones, UTI

Kapuso actress Carla Abellana revealed that she was hospitalized last month due to kidney stones and a urinary tract infection (UTI) that nearly led to sepsis, requiring a three-day confinement.

Carla expressed relief at being allowed to return home after missing her dogs and needing to go back to work.

Laboratory tests showed no signs of infection, with Carla's x-rays and other tests coming out clear.

'Widows' War,' where she stars alongside Bea Alonzo in a murder-mystery drama, airs weekdays at 8:50 p.m. on GMA Prime, directed by Zig Dulay.

Carla thanked her followers for their support and expressed gratitude for the care she received during her hospital stay.
