Bong Go, Tulfo lead Senate race in OCTA poll

Reelectionist Senator Bong Go leads alongside Party-list Rep. Erwin Tulfo in a recent survey by OCTA Research for the upcoming midterm elections on May 12.

Go received voter preference from 64.2% of respondents, followed closely by Tulfo with 61.2%

Bienvenido T. Tulfo ranked third with 45.4%, Vicente C. Sotto III came in fourth with 43.3%, Ronald M. dela Rosa placed fifth with 40.4%, Panfilo M. Lacson secured sixth place, and Pilar Juliana Cayetano followed in seventh with voter preferences ranging from 39.7% to 39.5%

Camille Villar saw slight increases following recent endorsements, while Emmanuel D. Pacquiao and Francis N. Tolentino closely trailed behind with voter preferences of 30.3% and 27.7%, respectively

The survey also showed that at least 19 Senate candidates are statistically favored to win this year's midterm elections, with most affiliated with the Alyansa para sa Bagong Pilipinas coalition.
