Blazers aim for twice-to-beat in NCAA

College of St. Benilde is focused on securing a twice-to-beat advantage in the NCAA men's basketball tournament.

The Blazers clinched at least a playoff for the bonus with their win over Arellano and are tied with Letran for first place with a 13-4 record.

To ensure they face Lyceum in the semifinals, St. Benilde aims to defeat San Beda on Tuesday.

Lyceum is currently third with an 11-5 record, while San Beda is fourth at 12-5.

St. Benilde's coach Charles Tiu believes securing a twice-to-beat advantage is more important than being the top seed.
