Blacklist International leaves MLBB scene for new business opportunity

Blacklist International announced Tuesday it is leaving the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) scene for MPL season 15 to pursue a new business opportunity presented by its parent company, Tier One Entertainment.

The team's departure shocked the local esports community and saddened fans who affectionately call themselves 'Agents', as Blacklist has been one of the strongest teams in MLBB history with three MPL trophies and three consecutive M-series appearances.

Blacklist first competed in MPL Philippines back in 2020, winning its first title in Season 7, followed by back-to-back titles in Seasons 8 and 10.

The organization also won the M3 World Championship after a tough road to victory, defeating ONIC Philippines.

In a message to their fans, Blacklist thanked every Agent for their support over the past five years and expressed openness to potentially rejoining the league in the future while focusing on developing rosters for other titles.
