BGC sues Russian YouTuber for controversial behavior

Bonifacio Global City (BGC) has taken legal action against Russian YouTuber Vitaly Zdorovetskiy following his controversial video filmed in BGC.

Zdorovetskiy's video, featuring a devil emoji in its title, shows him engaging in disruptive and offensive behavior towards Filipinos, including riding unauthorized patrol motorcycles, stealing items from restaurants, and making derogatory comments.

BGC management confirmed they are coordinating with authorities to address the incidents and pursuing necessary legal measures. The vlogger was arrested on Wednesday after the Bureau of Immigration issued a Mission Order for Undesirability against him.

Vitaly is now tagged as an undesirable foreign national by the BI following a police blotter filed against him by a BGC security guard for harassment.

Zdorovetskiy's actions have sparked outrage online, leading to a Change.org petition demanding action against him and public condemnation from officials and platform leaders.
