Betong Sumaya's phone snatched in Quezon City

Kapuso comedian Betong Sumaya had his phone snatched while booking a cab along Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City on Monday at around 1 a.m.

Sumaya used the 'find my device' feature to locate his lost phone near Sta. Mesa, Manila but was unable to recover it and took to social media to warn the public about snatchers.

The comedian sought assistance from the Kamuning Police Station to track his stolen phone and reminded everyone to be cautious and vigilant as thieves do not discriminate by location or time.

Sumaya expressed relief that he and the police were able to track the phone but had yet to retrieve it, urging fans to remain alert.

Currently starring in 'Bubble Gang,' Sumaya previously appeared in 'Samahan ng mga Makasalanan' alongside David Licauco and Sanya Lopez.
