IATF allows Baguio hotels to accept leisure travelers

Baguio City's hotels are now allowed to accept leisure travelers under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) status, as approved by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases.

The decision comes after Baguio implemented a robust visitor information and contact tracing system.

Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat endorsed the city's request to the IATF due to high confirmed bookings for February.
