Bacolod Tay Tung wins RVL National Championship

Bacolod Tay Tung successfully defended its title in the Rebisco Volleyball League (RVL) National Championship by defeating the University of Batangas 25-16, 25-20, and 25-13 last Monday.

Camila Bartolome and Donna de Leon each scored 14 points, while Rhose Almendralejo added 10 markers to lead Bacolod Tay Tung to victory.

University of San Jose-Recoletos secured the bronze medal by defeating Kings' Montessori School in a close match with Angel Mae Almonia scoring 13 points.

The tournament concluded with the unveiling of the RVL Select 21, featuring top players from each position who will participate in training camps led by Thai coach Tai Bundit.

Rhose Almendralejo and Bacolod Tay Tung teammate Jan Rose Bulak were among those selected to join the elite group alongside Scarlett Escalante and Stephanie de Chavez from University of Batangas.
