Ayala promotes four next-gen leaders to executive roles

The Ayala Group has promoted four next-generation leaders to higher executive roles within the company as part of its long-term succession plan.

Mariana Beatriz Zobel de Ayala and Mark Robert Uy have been appointed Managing Directors, while Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala and Jaime Urquijo have become Executive Directors.

Ayala Corporation President Cezar Consing highlighted the new leaders' ability to build businesses, attract talent, and drive transformation within the firm.

Mariana will focus on transforming Ayala Land's leasing business across its retail, hospitality, and office pillars, including reinventing flagship malls.

Mark Robert Uy will oversee the Group's portfolio of businesses, aiming for greater concentration and diversification while exploring new units aligned with the group’s future.
