Army captures NPA exec linked to footballer Keith Absalon's death

Army and police captured Dindo Monsanto, alleged NPA official responsible for the death of Far Eastern University football player Kieth Absalon in a 2021 blast.

Monsanto was identified as Chief of Operations for the Bicol Regional Party Committee's Regional Operational Command (ROC) and offered a P1.2 million reward for his arrest.

The suspect was arrested in Malabon City during a joint operation, playing a key role in coordinating several major atrocities including Absalon’s killing.
