Año extends cash aid distribution until May 10

Interior Secretary Eduardo Año extended the nationwide distribution of Social Amelioration Program cash aid until May 10 due to challenges in densely populated areas like Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, Bulacan, Cebu City, and Davao City.

On Tuesday, Año had stated that he would not extend the deadline beyond May 7 but later decided to give more time for completion.
