Amos gets La Sallian support amid backlash

Mason Amos, who recently transferred from Ateneo de Manila University to La Sallian school, is receiving support from the La Sallian community as he deals with backlash from his decision.

Green Archers coach Topex Robinson assures that Amos has the backing of the La Sallian community despite facing criticism for leaving Ateneo before UAAP Season 87.

Amos will sit out a season and focus on his studies and fitness, serving a one-year residency requirement imposed by the UAAP's new transfer rules.

The forward expressed gratitude towards Coach Robinson and teammate Mike Phillips for easing his transition to La Salle, while acknowledging that some former teammates have cut off communication with him.

Amos remains optimistic about his future at La Salle and wishes the best for his former team, Ateneo, as he prepares to return to competition in the next UAAP season.
