ALI acquires P6.24B ABS-CBN property, plans mixed-use development

Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has acquired a P6.24-billion property from ABS-CBN Corp. in Quezon City.

ALI president Anna Margarita Bautista-Dy stated that the company plans to develop something unique on this strategic 30,000 square-meter site but has not disclosed specific details or timelines for the project yet.

While Dy confirmed that ALI aims to transform the property into a mixed-use development, she emphasized that planning is still underway and more information will be shared as it becomes available.

In addition to this acquisition, ALI is preparing to launch a new premium residential project called Laurean in Makati's central business district.

Laurean is envisioned as an urban sanctuary with resort-like amenities and wellness facilities, similar to Park Villas but with more varied unit types.
