ALI acquires New World Hotel Makati, strengthens hospitality presence in Makati

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has acquired the New World Hotel Makati, a five-star hotel located in a prime area of Makati across Greenbelt and near major commercial offices, adding it to its hospitality portfolio.

The acquisition is part of AyalaLand Hospitality's strategy to strengthen its presence in high-growth urban centers, particularly in Makati.

George Aquino, CEO and President of AyalaLand Hospitality, stated that this move aligns with their goal of providing high-quality guest experiences in key locations.

With more than 500 guest rooms and suites, the hotel complements ALH's existing portfolio and reinforces its commitment to serving evolving customer needs in one of the country's most dynamic cities.

ALI assured that operations will remain uninterrupted, with all existing staff retained and bookings honored, ensuring business continuity and maintaining service standards.
