Alden Richards directs debut film 'Out of Order', premieres in Da Nang

Actor and filmmaker Alden Richards will direct his first film titled 'Out of Order,' which will premiere at the competition section of the third Da Nang Asian Film Festival in Vietnam from June 29 to July 5.

Richards, who made a 'bold leap' into directing, also stars alongside Nonie Buencamino and Heaven Peralejo in the film produced by his company Myriad in collaboration with Viva Films.

'Out of Order' tells the story of a young attorney defending his estranged father accused of murder while going against his ex-girlfriend, delving into themes of shattered dreams and corruption.

Alden is also set to host the dance competition show 'Stars on the Floor,' which will air on GMA Network in June.

After starring in the Kapuso series 'Pulang Araw' and the blockbuster movie 'Hello, Love, Again' last year, Alden returned to 'All-Out Sundays' in February.
