Airlines cancel flights due to bad weather

Several domestic flights in the Philippines have been canceled on both September 2 and September 3 due to adverse weather conditions.

Philippine Airlines (PAL) canceled multiple Manila-bound and outbound flights to destinations such as Calbayog, Legazpi, Busuanga, Masbate, Basco, and Laoag.

Cebu Pacific also announced cancellations for several routes including Manila to San Jose, Naga, Virac, Cauayan, Tuguegarao, various points in Legazpi, as well as additional flights to Laoag, Tuguegarao, Cauayan, and Virac.

CebGo canceled flights between Manila and Mindoro, Naga, Busuanga, Basco, and Laoag due to the continued bad weather.

All airlines provided affected passengers with options such as rebooking, travel credits, or refunds to accommodate their needs.

Passengers are advised to regularly check their flight status and contact their respective airline for updates and assistance.
