Five party-lists lead with chance to win three House seats

According to a recent Pulse Asia survey conducted from April 20 to 24, five party-list groups have a statistical chance of winning the maximum three seats in the House of Representatives for the Eleksyon 2025.

Duterte Youth leads with 5.57%, followed by Agimat (5.52%), ACT-CIS (5.17%), 4Ps (4.85%), and Senior Citizens (4.55%).

Seven other party-list groups are projected to win two seats each, including Tingog, Uswag Ilonggo, PPP, Nanay, Ako Bicol, Asenso Pinoy, and AKO Bisaya.

An additional 34 party-lists are on track to secure one seat, bringing the total number of likely winners to 46.

Of these projected winners, 30 are incumbent groups while 16 are newcomers or returnees; however, some incumbents like Gabriela Women's Party and Akbayan appear at risk of losing their seats.

The survey highlights a shift in party-list campaigning towards personality-driven politics rather than platform-based campaigns.
