Navotas mayor reminds constituents to wear masks, issues 3-strike policy

Navotas Mayor Toby Tiangco reminded constituents to wear face masks at all times when outside their homes to help contain community transmission of COVID-19.

Tiangco also issued a three-strike policy for barangay officials who fail to enforce health protocols, threatening them with charges of neglect of duty if violations occur repeatedly in their areas.
