Filipina Elisia Parmisano secures debut spot in K-pop girl group UNIS

Elisia Parmisano, a 14-year-old Filipino contestant on 'Universe Ticket,' has officially secured one of the debut spots in the upcoming K-pop girl group UNIS.

Parmisano advanced to the P-level and received a total of 553,483.4 points in fan vote rankings, making her the first contestant to secure a spot in the group.

Fellow Filipinas Gehlee Dangca is currently ranked second and close to reaching the R Level, while Korean-Filipina Jin Hyeon-ju, a member of Kpop girl group Cignature, is among the 15 other remaining contestants with a chance at debuting with Parmisano.

'Universe Ticket' features contestants from various countries who compete through challenges and fan votes to form UNIS, which will debut under entertainment company F&F with eight members.

Parmisano's journey includes showcasing her vocal skills in performances of Red Velvet's 'Red Flavor,' demonstrating her potential as the main vocalist during group challenges.
