123 pass OT licensure exam, PRC announces

On Thursday, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 123 out of 342 candidates passed this month's Occupational Therapists Licensure Examination.

Chalie Jean Colina Niere from Davao Doctors College Inc. scored the highest with 82.00 points, followed by Dio-Anna Rixann Andaya Libang from the University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna with 80.80 points.

Loise Gwen Laguna Olimba from Davao Doctors College placed third with 80.40 points, while Jasmina Anne Balmonte Lamadrid and Elisha Kaye Liwag Ornales from the University of Batangas tied for fourth place with 80.00 points each.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Cards (ID) and Certificates of Registration will begin online on June 25, 2024 at www.prc.gov.ph.

The University of the Philippines - Manila emerged as the top-performing school with a 100 percent passing rate.

The examination was held from June 3 to 4.
