VP Sara Duterte kicks off Visayas, Mindanao sorties for Team Duterte

Vice President Sara Duterte has begun her Visayas and Mindanao sorties to thank supporters and campaign for the ten senatorial candidates of PDP Team Duterte.

Her political message centers on 'unity and continuity,' echoing the original 2022 election battle cry aimed at unifying the North and South.

The campaign also seeks to sustain the economic progress made during the administration of her father, former President Rodrigo Duterte, who is now detained to face trial for alleged crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court.

A video message from the Vice President will be played at PDP Team Duterte rallies, urging a straight vote for their senatorial slate, especially if she cannot attend in person.

A major rally and motorcade is scheduled for Wednesday in Sogod, Southern Leyte, with expectations for the attendance of both Team Duterte candidates and Vice President Duterte herself.
