UST grad tops October 2025 physician licensure exam with 91.17% score

Kharam Baricawa Molbog from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) topped the October 2025 physicians licensure examination.

A total of 4,570 out of 5,900 examinees passed the exam, resulting in a 77.46% passing rate.

Molbog achieved the highest score with 91.17%, followed by Eris Orlan Munoz of University of the East - Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center with 90.67%, and Charles Jerome Bartolo of the University of the Philippines - Manila with 90.25%.

The examination was administered by the Board of Medicine in multiple locations across the Philippines.

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila was the top performing school with at least 100 examinees, boasting a 99.05% passing rate.

Cebu Institute of Medicine was the top performing school with 50 to 99 examinees, having all 78 of its candidates pass.
