UP Diliman tops PH university rankings by EduRank

The University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman has once again been recognized as the top university in the Philippines by EduRank.

EduRank, an independent organization, bases its university rankings on research output, non-academic reputation, and the impact of notable alumni.

In the Asian ranking, UP Diliman secured the 366th spot out of 5,830 universities, and globally, it ranked 1,348th out of 14,131 universities, an improvement from last year's rankings.

Since 1992, the university has produced approximately 10,687 scientific papers, which have been cited in over 139,000 studies.

Following UP Diliman, De La Salle University (DLSU), Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU), University of Santo Tomas (UST), and UP Los Baños (UPLB) secured the second through fifth positions respectively in the Philippine rankings.

Globally, DLSU ranked 1,728th, AdMU 1,903rd, UST 2,628th, and UPLB 2,774th.

Several other universities, including UP Manila, University of San Carlos, and Mapúa University, were also featured in the Top 20 Philippine rankings.
